About us
Magnitosila is a manufacturing company within ZET ENERGO Group
In-house production, experience since 2015 and expertise in custom products for the transformer industry.
History and production
Magnitosila is a manufacturing division of ZET ENERGO Group, specialising in magnetic cores for power, distribution, furnace and special-purpose transformers, as well as reactors. The company has developed this area since 2015 and works as an industrial partner for transformer manufacturers, energy companies and related industries.
Magnitosila's core expertise is the manufacture of magnetic cores and components using STEP-LAP technology. This approach is used in power and distribution transformer manufacture and can reduce no-load losses compared with conventional lamination-joint arrangements. When required, the company also uses butt and combined joints for specialised products.
Manufacturing capabilities
Our production base includes an in-house workshop, longitudinal and cross-cutting stations for electrical steel, assembly tables, equipment for core steelwork, painting and inspection operations. In-house lifting equipment and internal logistics allow us to manufacture magnetic cores and assembled transformer cores weighing up to 25 tonnes.
Magnitosila produces assembled magnetic cores, individual magnetic-core laminations, custom laminated magnetic cores, transformer tank shunts and non-standard products. Manufacturing is available both to customer drawings and to projects prepared by the company's specialists.
Engineering expertise
Magnitosila designers and engineers adapt customer documentation for modern materials and manufacturing processes and, when necessary, help develop a project from a technical specification or an available sample. This is particularly important for repairs, upgrades and the manufacture of non-standard magnetic systems.
The company works on solutions for dry-type and oil-filled distribution and power transformers, induction furnaces, arc-suppression reactors, chokes, traction transformers and other industrial equipment.
Quality and reliability
The manufacturing process includes cutting, steelwork manufacture, assembly, inspection and packing. Within the group, we develop continuous-improvement practices, 5S, equipment-condition monitoring and production discipline. For customers, this means consistent results, manageable lead times and the ability to solve non-standard tasks within a single manufacturing chain.
